When & How long are coaching sessions?
To The Student: I like to meet informally for about an hour or two on our first session and get to know you, your struggles, and the reasons you want some coaching. We will discuss your goals and the road blocks you’re facing. At the end of every meeting I try to always give some steps to take and expectations of our next meeting. I then ask that you try a few of those steps and see how you feel. If you feel Energized and Empowered to get things done then I am at your disposal on your time frame. I cannot do the work for you and we will set a few boundaries, but you will have access to me at any time you need it for the time frame set in our agreement. Most times I work thru the school year meeting several times a month to several times a week depending on what you need. I am there to help make it better, not make you work around me.

What is the best way to guarantee success?
While there are no guarantees, there are things you and your coach can do to make the relationship a success. First find the right coach for you. Second be open to new ideas, challenges and change. Be coach-able and expect success. Do not hold back information. I cannot help you if I don’t know what you are truly going through. The most important thing to remember about life coaching is that your success lies within you! A life coach will help you identify your strengths and focus on goals that are important to you. They will help you overcome obstacles and work to strengthen your weaknesses. But the final key to success is you.
